Overview

Thank you for shopping with us! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility (30 days)

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous or flammable items
  • Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software, health/personal care items

3. Proof of Purchase

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should be sent to our returns address (see Section 6).
Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

4. Partial Refunds

In these cases, only a partial refund will be issued:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records, etc.
  • Items returned after 30 days

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, and credited to your original payment method.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time varies)
  3. Contact your bank

7. Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:

  • Email edlancer279@gmail.com
    with your order details
  • Send your item to:

9. Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser and they will be notified.

10. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your location, shipping times may vary.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt otherwise.
